Surname issue

Every time I receive a package from College SA my surname comes out completely wrong instead of Schoultz they put Doye. My one subject certificate was wrong as well. I emailed and phoned to correct it with my old tutor Ms. Damons, but yet nothing changed. I am glad a got a new tutor today that will help, listen and change where there is an error. I am totally disgusted in Ms. Damons for ignoring my emails, but thanks to other staff members that I know and knew I know there is golden tutors and this one is just a bit of dust between the gold.
