Support Communicating Channels

Hello, my name is Suné and I’ve been with Optimi College for 2, almost 3 years. I’ve never approved or felt motivated with how our Support Communicating Channels work. You would originally send an email explaining what the issue is or asking for help, you would get a email back with a ticket number. By the time, it is my turn to be answered or to be helped, my issue has already been solved. Some students, like myself, struggle with some questions and don’t know how to go about the question - most of the help comes from my fellow students. I just wish that we could be helped either immediately or the following day, not in the next week or so. Other than that, never has a problem with the lecturers and presentations. They do a great job!
