Study material never received

I enrolled to CollegeSa in October of 2014. They were very friendly and explained all the different courses that I was interested in to me, I then felt comfortable to give the go ahead to start my studies. They immediately took the debit order for the registration fee as well as the monthley premium. Soon after I received my welcome pack. I completed the documents and returned it to them via e-mail. This was the first indication that things werent going to run as smoothly as I was prommised. I had to resend my documents 3 times before thye confirmed receipt. This was in November, by Dec I had heard nothing from them with regards to my next batch of material, so I phoned them, I was sent form one person to another but to no avail. Finally I e-mailed everyone that I could get ahold of, only to be told that the instruction to send study material was only given 23/01/2015. I no have reversed the debit order at my bank and have sent through a request for refund. They now want me to pay R500. so that the refund can be prosessed. This is insane, it is them who failled to deliver servises prommised. I just want my money back, I want nothing more to do with them.
