Study Break Application

i am a registered student with College SA. 2 months ago i sent in a Break Application Form and asked for a 3 months break, to my surprise I was billed for the month of July and August . I called their offices to find out what was going on, and was told that the Break Application no more applies, when I asked why was I not informed about it they said they shall get back to me. And no one has gotten back to me
