I was going to sign up for the MCSA 2012 course but when it came time to pay and setup the debit order there looked as if there was something fishy with the website i mailed and mailed and mailed to no avail, no one responded to my emails. At the end of that month i got a debit on my account without giving authorisation to do so. I then cancelled the whole course and sent through all the cancellation paper work through on the 29/09/2014. And the course was finally cancelled on 13/02/2015 6 months later. then i received a mail stating that it was cancelled and that i owe R1278 for what i never had time to do anything as *********** staff can not even answer a simple email or even get the cancellation forms through and sorted out.<br> <br> I had to resend the cancellation forms through about 5 times and still nothing was being done. I responded back to the email regarding the outstanding fees on the 13/02/2015 and not to my surprise i still have not had any feedback as to what the outstanding balance is for.
