Struggling to receive my certificate 🫩

I am struggling to receive an update of my certificate. They wait until you’ve paid the fees in full and then the representatives stop responding to your emails. Even with calls, they don’t give you a proper update on when you’ll receive your certificate: ANNOYED ! 😑
