Struggling to get my certificate

The course was good, but I'm having trouble obtaining my certificate. Every time I contact the support team, they provide a vague timeline without a specific date. Unfortunately, my emails and calls seem to be met with silence or unfulfilled promises. I'd appreciate it if I could get a more precise update on when I can expect to receive my certificate.
