Still required to pay after cancelation

I have been with College Sa for only 1 month and have requested a cancelation and refund for personal reasons. This has been approved bit it requires me to pay an outstanding balance even though it has been canceled and there will be NO refund. I have advised them that i will be using them again as soon as my situation is better, however i WILL NOT be using them nor will i recommend them to anyone if this matter is not corrected
