SIX MONTH STILL NO REFUND

I have been waiting for over six months for the refund of my sons examination Fee. I have contacted College SA on a weekly basis since November 2014 requiting the refund. I have been promised that the refund would been done in January , this did not happen and I was then told in would be February. I received an E-Mail in March saying that it would be paid shortly. This has not happened. I do not understand what could possibly take so long to process the refund other than complete inefficiency and poor service.
