Shocking Attitude, Awful spelling in textbooks

Since starting with College SA, I have had endless problems, from bad attitude, to lack of customer service in general. You can not contact them via email through their website, it comes back as unsent. They have a button on the bottom of their website saying \chat with us"and when you click on it it says \""no operators are currently available\"". Even after you sign with them and you are busy studying with them"
