Refund delayed for months

Due to unfortunate circumstances i had to cancel studying with College SA so i was approved a refund for all the money i had paid from the the date of registration to the cancel date it is now going onto four months that i have not yet been refunded the money, i am no longer interested in the excuses or reasons of the delays of the committee this should not be my problem, if i do not get feedback of the exact date that the money will be paid out by Friday the 31st of July I will not consider registering with College SA again when i can study and i will be informing my lawyers to take legal action, to be fair I have been more than tolerant and patient , dragging on paying back what is due to me for so long is just *********.
