Refund

Last year I accedently paid almost R6000 into college SA's account. I contacted the support email and started communicating with them to get the refund. I filled in all the forms sent the bank statements and I was told every month that it was being processed. It's been almost 7 months now I have even forwarded the mail's to someone who called me and told me that they would follow up. I have not heard from the support email address since November last year nobody is coming back to me and I would like my money paid back to me. Please.
