Problems with delivery solved

My journey with College SA didn't start out that great... Because my packages were never delivered and there was a problem with the address. But when I brought this problem under their complaints department's attention, they immediately solved it. Within days my package arrived and I'm happily studying now. Thanks for your efficiency!
