Poor services from the college consultants and HOD

The month of 19 August 2015 i contacted college SA and spoke to one of the consultants Karl requesting a cancellation form and also requesting an estimate amount for my refund.Karl stated that i should check on the college website which we did together telephonically but could not loacate the form. He then stated that i should send an email requesting the cancellation form as he is not in the possesion of it.The date of 20 August 2015 at 10:34 am i forwarded an email to [Email Removed] requesting a cancellation form and a estimate on how much refund i will get once i terminate my studies and also specified that i only recieved one module and not submitted any assignment to the collge due to work commitment which compels me to travel regularly .A week passed and no form was forwarded to me.i called 5 times to get the form.To a point where i got tired andrequested to speak to a supervisor.A lady by the name of Carol Ndamase assisted me and forwarded the applciation form.I submitted the form to the HOD YOLANDA and i had to call her more than 6 times in order to get services in terms of the turn turn around time feedback as she never called or emailed me like she stated.
