Poor services

It's been 13 days since I payed for my comptia A+ 1101 exam and they haven't responded since, no acknowledgement that they've recieved the money no response to my emails, nothing, I saved that money with no job, studied for months and now all of my time and efforts were for nothing, the 1101 and 1102 exams are going to be retired on the 25 of September and this is what they are doing.
