poor service delivery

I am dealing with a lady by the name of CINDY, at IT-Academy, and i have asked for my refund with no success, its been a week now as we speak. come on guys, you can do better than this .. i told i was pulling out as i cant download whatever sent to me and i have made alternative arrangement.
