Poor Service

The material provided was satisfactory; however, I encountered a significant issue regarding the expectations for my qualifications. I was told that I was enrolled in an NQF Level 5 program and that upon completion, I would receive my certificate. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be true. The representative later mentioned that due to her pregnancy, she was not in the right frame of mind at the time and may have provided incorrect information.

As a result, I requested a refund to pursue my studies elsewhere. It has now been a month since I made that request, and I have yet to receive any response.
