Poor Service

SA college is the worst college ever!!! They make promises they do not keep.I dealt with Lucky who tells me that \ I am giving him work by marking my papers . ...he never responds...?<br> I thereafter dealt with the Manager James Thozi who always promises to get back to me but never does...what do I need to do to finish my course its been months with no response or assistance from SA College. My concern is that I still have quite a few modules to complete with time running out. I have paid for my studies in full and in advance however I do not feel that I am receiving the service level and support I deserve from this establishment. This poor service delivery is quite disheartening and unexpected. I am still keen to compelete my studies and continue studying further. Please resolve this issue urgently. "
