Pay back my money

I called collegeSa for 2 subjects registration in jully 2021, from september they started debiting me, n never send me learning material, I called them in december n dey said before I get de material I must pay this 1200 dat I was never told about, I them asked them to cancel everything and return my money but they continued derbiting me, I called them again in February and this time they cancelled but never returned my money, and when I spoke to them they tried convincing me to choose another course and use the money they already dderbited for it but I refused n said I want my money back since os not safe studying with them
