PATHETIC SERVICE OVER ALMOST 6MONTHS

Highly irate with the LACK/NO correspondence from COLLEGE SA and their STAFF! From the time i started my studies which is about 4years ago I regretted ever signing up with them, I am still experiencing disgusting behavior where i don't get anY feedback/correspondence/ and my consultants change like underwear! My queries are never resolved without me doing the work for them, that is, me following up 24/7 or my own query or it stands! Consultants who say the correct people to speak to are busy say they will give my messages because they either busy or in meetings, and some who try help, listen to my story and say someone will call me back! LIES! I have not gotten called by these people above nor from all the other consultants i spoke to and what makes it worse I get told their system shows I did not call them on certain days, that their records show last call was maybe months ago! I MEAN HELLO! I called maybe 5times that day but no records i called! or is that consultant lazy to complete my query so don't log it! i have emailed several times, with no response in regards to my CANCELLATION with them which i done before my last take a break ended around MAY2015 - I SAY NO TO COLLEGE SA
