Pathetic Service

Still waiting for study material since November 2014, take their break option end of November for 5 months, they run my account into R7000 in debt even though my take e break period got approved by their board, now that break is over and no body can supply me with information regarding the dispatch of my study material! But they want money! Its been nearly 2 weeks again and no body can answer my question! I am paying for something I cant even use! I was promised by Renier Boshoff that the material will be sent down to me with his boss from Cape Town! NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!
