Pathetic

You pay as long as you study so they stall with sending your study material. Deny receiving e-mails, the complaints dep called me on Friday and promised to call back on Monday - Surprise ! Nothing. I called today and got hold of Carol from the complaints dep who now apologised for now not calling me on Monday but she was busy and asked why I am telling different stories to people about her ? Then said I was supposed to e-mail her but then admits when pushed that no she didn't give me her mail address. Absolutely disgusting. The contract says 10-15 days for your certificates - Whitney then says a month - okay so it was sent on the 16th Feb so now what is your excuse ? I then call to follow up on my request for the last study materialand get told nothing received despite having the mail confirmation, then I get told that my last assignment needs to be marked first, that was sent a month ago ? I have now spoken to 3 people this morning and not one person can help me ? PATHETIC. . You promise that if you study quickly you can save money but eveything on your side is a stall tactic.
