Optimi College SA is a ****! Waste of time and money!

I amso frustrated at Optimi College SA. My husband wrote his exams in September 2024 and we were told the results would be released early November 2024. When the results were not released we called them and were told there's been a backlog on marking exams so results will only be out end of November or beginning of December. We have been calling and getting no answers. Please tell me how exams that were written in September last year have still not been marked? What kind of College is this that wastes people's money and time? What's frustrating is that students invest their time and effort into studying and make sacrifices to pay fees and when it's time for results there are no answers as to when you will get them. This is outrageous, and if we don't get the results, we demand our money back.
