Not repaying exessive payment d - Student no 37814

I did not use my reading glasses and paid R 5000-00 into the account of CollegeSA instead of R 500-00 on 31 October 2014. I have notified the tutor(Rentia) the same day. I was promised that the amount of R 4500-00 will be paid back to me within 21 days. About 2 weeks later I was notified by Michelle that I have to complete certain documents which I have promptly done. She also stated that it will take 21 working days. I waited and nothing happened after 21 days. I have since made many calls from my cell phone and everytime I am told that it will be resolved. It is now 3 months later and I still have not received the money. Michelle also told me that she already deducted the monthly fee from this amount and threatened to deduct more from this amount. I have also told Michelle that I am refusing to pay the monthly fee of R 500-00 until this amount is returned to my account which I sent her the details for. I also said she does not have any right to use this money as she sees fit. To date this money has NOT been paid back to me. I am extremely disappointed in the administration of this college and at this time will not recommend any potential students to enroll here.
