Non stop Debiting on my account, I am not a student with you

I'm so disgusted by College SA,

January 2019 I enquired about a Financial accounting Course, The lady who was help me took my details to do a quote for me, I told her not to register me because the course is very expensive and I wont afford it.

That lady still enrolled me even though the registration process was not finalised, now my account is being Debited R950.00pm, bare in mind the R500 registration I did not pay, I did not receive any textbooks from them, not student number nothing. But they keep on Debiting my account monthly. I have been sending emails monthly for them to stop, a lady called Victoria rep**** to my email saying all will stop and I will be taken out from their system. To my surprise they are still Debiting. STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY!!!!!!!!! May you refund my money!!!!!!!
