NO SUPPORT

I subscribed and paid for a full NQF6 Diploma course. You get assigned a tutor to assist. I have been placed and replaced from tutors 3 times without letting me know. I need to do my THESIS, my last subject and i have been waiting for 2 months now for them to register me so that i can receive my POE to start on this as this is a 3 month project and i cant start without my topics. After many phone calls and promises, nothing is happening. My submission date for my THESIS is 12 May, and still they have not enrolled me, but they gladly took my money. Its been two months now since I've send in my exam enrollment, but nothing has been done and no feedback is given. I'm at a loss, cause now i will have to postpone and only get my diploma later. This is unprofessional for an accredited institution.
