No response and no certificate
<p>I handed in my assignments 6 days before my cutoff time and 14 days later and I dont get through on the phone and no one responds to my emails</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this certificate and they just dont care. They assisted me very well through out the course untill now.</p> <p>I am another victim</p> <p>DONT study with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Accademy of York was loyal to the last. I will go with them again</p>
After I complained on HP my problem was solved the next day. In this case, it was a IT problem as their support emails did not function and I did not receive their replies. Thanks Elton and Marnitz for your diligence. I have to give you full marks for following up. I received my certificates today
