No response after sending emails and phone calls.

i have been calling my so-called tutor for the past week including this afternoon the consultants always say they will request him to call me back but he never does. His service in terms of submitting assignment is very poor and it irritates me because i have questions which he is supposed to answer but my problem is he just don't call me back. I'm so mad right now because he didn't even bother to check my emails which i was told that whatever i might need i should liaise with him. Please give me another tutor who will have time to contact his/her student. and yet i'm paying a fortune on my studies.
