no refund

i app**** to study with collage sa in 2015 for a 2 year course or combo course they were paid there money according to our agreement i had requested that i receive my second set of books they told me i couldn't get long story short i cancelled one of the courses that i was doing with collage sa turns out i had paid extra when i spoke to them about a refund they said it will be processed the next best thing they debit my account when quarried no one could give me an answer as to why this has happened i have been sending numerous emails not a single reply when i called them i kept getting put on hold or being transferred to different department still with no help this is really unacceptable you're not a reputable institution at all
