No real student support

I started with this college in 2019 studying Financial Accounting. First year went well and there were enough student support. From 2nd year you are on your own as there is very little student support. I submitted a query to student support a few weeks ago and still waiting. In fact some of the previous student support given by them were not even helpful. Some advice for prospective Financial Accounting students don't enroll with College SA rather do it directly through the ICB who gives much better student support through the study material that in fact comes from the ICB. I would like to cancel my studies with them.
