NO feedback whatsoever!!!

As attending to family matters, working full time, supporting your kids in their education AND studying part time is in itself not a challenge...then try adding a company that is not taking your studies as serious as you! With limited available time \No feedback on queries"can be very frustrating! I submitted an assignment on Sunday 15 Feb and received no confirmation as to whether it was received or not. Monday 22 Feb (a week later) I enquired by phoning their call centre number to get clarity on the status of the marking thereof. The lady asked somebody if Mogamat's (my tutor) email has been checked by anybody (assume he is on leave....and that everything stands still when such a dramatic occurrence takes place) when obviously nobody knew. Despite her reply of I will just find out quickly and get back to you.....needless to say I am still waiting. Sooo.....with e mails not read"
