NO FEEDBACK / RESPONSE ON MY E-MAIL

My husband study at College SA for the past 2 years.<br> <br> The service at College SA is very bad.<br> <br> No one came back if we call or sent e-mails. <br> <br> I sent to Lubabalo Magcoba an email on 25 June 2015 regarding my husbands account, his outstanding books, and his registration of exam.<br> <br> Nobody, nobody come back to us, and nobody of College SA worry about his studies and nobody help him with his studies, and nobody know what is going on with his account. <br> <br> I sent again a email that they must contact my husband urgently, and no one yet call him back.<br> <br> This is very frustrated.
