No feedback

In the past 3 weeks I have struggled to get feedback about the FWOF, and correct books. Doesn't matter how many emails you send, how many times you phone they always say the same \we will send you the right books soon / the person is on lunch."Not once have anyone contacted me back or what so ever. I have never had so much trouble with College SA before"
