I had received an sms as well as an email from CollegeSA, offering me to have the arrears written off and continuing with the studies if I pay the installment for Feb 2015 by 31 Jan 2015, and fax/email proof thereof. I actioned all that and met the deadline. A week later I followed up with two email to the sender of the offer as well as their accounts department. To date there has never been any response whatsoever from the college. I then made a call in the third week in Feb to enquire as to when will I receive the study material. The person that assisted me had mentioned she could see payment was made and they had received such overwhelming response from the offer, and they were dealing with a backlog in processing everything
