No exam marks for 6 months after exams.

I still haven't received my November 2020 exam marks....it is now almost 6 months later and they just give me the excuse that the DHET must communicate with them before they can give feedback to me. No real answer. And my examination number was incorrect on the day I wrote the exam...who's mistake was this?? College SA claim it is tge DHET who made the error. I don't have anything to show for nearly R22000.00 spent.
