No customer service

Since i started my studies with College SA the only time i was phoned was to ask for money. My account was paid up to date then i changed my course from a diploma to a certificate. After begging for feedback on what is the outstanding amount? Can a student counsellor to phone me with the relevant details etc no response just a flat ignore. I have paid these people about R 150000 to date and now they are just ignoring me just told me my account is suspended and after i left messages for somebody to phone me nothing.
