making money by not delivering s service

This company is driving me crazy from day one . by registering me for the wrong course. By calling me very 2de day to let me know I should pay my account that is R2000 in credit. When I asked for a statement the course fee does not even reflek after a year off begging to tell me what the fee is I still don't now . but I know the cancelling fee is R11 000 and 2 years doen the line I have only got my 1str set off books due to lack of service I wanted to cancel my studies. Ah no that not that easy the don't offer a servise and you need to fill in form and sent 2 million email and pay R11 k for there lack of service and then get a email that they tried toe call me 11 times in the past year after I told them I'm working in sales I cont answer my phone at worked and got n written warning from my boss due to them calling me after I asked to email me not call me. You can beg and ask nice or mean they just in it for them self. So I'm warning you take you money and studies via UNISA .intec or UJ .ect but don't wast you time or money at College SA . there see where they can take you for a ride. At unisa you can pay for the same course about R2000- R3000 not R11 000 +
