It takes them a year to sort out my refunds

I have cancelled my studies with college SA in 2014 February/March. In April they refunded me an amount of money and my trust, who paid my studies, asked me why they have refunded me only such a small amount out of the big amount that we paid. For almost 8 months we struggled and struggled to get an answer out of them. After I send them an email on how upset I am with their service they finally responded and told me that there is still an amount outstanding to be refunded ( this was in November/December). I forward them the banking details of my trust and ask them to refund it directly to them. We are in March now and STILL we have not yet received that money. So if you want to study with College SA, make sure you are going to stay there till the end otherwise you will struggle for a year to get money out of them.
