*********** college!!

This college has completely drained me out psychologically!!

First of all I was studying a course with SAIM through college Sa, I couldn't write exams with SAIM for 2 years because they where busy with audits.

I then transfered to ICB in Sepmtber 2017 after the transfer I made it clear to college SA that I want to work extra hard with my ICB course because I already waisted 3 years with SAIM paying for a course I didn't even complete.

My first request was for them to send out all of my study materials because my account is payed up, I was later advised not to do so because ICB will update its study materials, then I requested for 4 subjects to be sent to me so that I can write all 4 exams next year February 2018 and thats when the struggle began.

I've spoken to 4 consultants who confirmed via email and telephone that My request was processed and that I will receive the books but every time I call the college to verify if the books where sent out it turns out that no books had been requested.

They managed to send me 1 book, the second book I received yesterday which was a totally wrong book and has nothing to do with my current Course, given the lack of competence at College Sa I am not surprised they would send me a wrong book!

This is the 3rd month that am going back and forth with them, calling them 2-3 a week, waiting for feedback but not receiving it! I can't even count how many staff I've spoken to about this issue and ofcourse they never call me back like they say they will which is debilitating.

It is really frustrating, being a full time employee, working shifts and having to study at the same time is no joke! If I make a request on certain study materials I expect to receive them especially because my course is fully payed up. I don't always have time to study and focus on school work because of my work schedule so when I do have time I don't expect the college to fool around with my education like I have all the time in the world!

If I don't write exams next year in February because of this college I will probably have a Panic Atrack. I only have a week and few days to register for my exams with ICB, these people better send my books
