Inaccurate information

I registered my son at this college since he wanted to do IT, I am employed at the Department of Higher Education so I did the necessary checks to verify, everything checked out, being in IT myself I asked relevant questions regarding the course like exam vouchers and we were told that the course is inclusive of the exam vouchers, all that needs to happen is that when he’s ready to write is just call the college and set up a date, we took the 3 course bundle (A+,N+ and CCNA) andI also asked if he would need to write the exams all at once we were advised that he can split the exams, to my surprise now that he is supposed to write the story changes a bit, he was told he would need to purchase exam vouchers? Why is it changing now?? I mean we were told the exam vouchers were included in the course all he had to do was call in and set up a date,now the story is changing, if this was the case I would have opted to go for the exams directly on the Comptia website and not through an institution, let us not draw people in with inaccurate information then when it comes down to the crunch the story changes, I would really utge the college to live up to it’s original agreement that the exam vouchers are inclusive in the course.
