Hrm student
So while i did have some initial issues with assistance on my module questions in the beginning. I am happy to say that my overall experience has been constructive and positive.
I have had the pleasure of working with three knowledgeable and helpful lecturers and i would like toe extend a special thank you to Miss Nawaal. She has been exceptional in her support, providing prompt and thorough assistance whenever i have any queries. Thanks to her i feel confident in my exam preparations, and het guidance has been invaluable on my journey.
I also appreciate the responsiveness and helpfulness of the other departments at Optimi they have been quick to assist me with any queries or concerns i have had.
In summary my experience with optimi has been amazing, and i would highly recommend it toe anyone looking for an educational institution that provides excellent support and guidance.
