Horrific disgusting service or NO service

No support or assistance with my studies.<br> Had n Different tutor every month that could not assist me as they were just studying as well and did not know what they were talking about.<br> Did not receive my assignment on time. They were only sent to me after I had written exams. So needless to say they were of no help at all.<br> There is never anyone that can help with queries or assist me with anything.<br> I have left hundreds of messages for people to call me back. Up until today no one has phoned me back.<br> After the last huge fight had with College SA after I had to Waite for 2 months to receive my books Nadine asked me to work through her only. She never answered one email or phoned me back once . She is ALWAYS in meetings.( I really don't know what you meet about it is definitely not customer service)<br> Faiza does not know how to work with people she is letting your company down . Every time I talk to her she upsets me .She wants me to Waite for 3 weeks before she does anything she shouted at me more than 20 times. I don't understand how n 5 minute process takes you 3 weeks .She messed up my exam dates more than once re
