Horrible Experience Studying

I have had one of the most frustrating, disheartening experience with this school. Everything is a struggle to receive, I have sent countless emails to the staff there and no one ever responds until you have to pick the phone to speak to a superior. Now I cant get study material because the syllabus has changed and they don't know when they will receive new books. I am very saddened, 4 months away from completing but already thinking of quitting because of the way I have been treated by this school. :(
