Great customer service received from Amanda the student advisor
Hi
I would like to appreciate the great customer service received from Amanda today. She was professional and passionate about her work.
She was willing to listen and give advice, this is my first time studying with Optimi, and their platforms and processes are not as clear but after speaking to Amanda she managed to give me hope that I could push through and not give up.
