Frustration and no communication

I do not recommend this collage.

They are quick to take your payments, but not quick to respond or resolve issues.

Under their websites, it has information on what you get with the courses, including "Expertise Level" and "Pre-requisite". They do not inform you that the assessments that relate to Microsoft MTA are retiring.

With that said they do not tell you that you need prior experience in the courses you take. Including informing you about any of the retiring MTA certificates.

If you inquire they do not respond, although you get a mentor included in the course package. The mentor does not have information on the course you are doing, nor is the mentor able to assist outside of the scope of the course.

I want a refund with this type of service or lack thereof.

Update: I got a respond, but all most of my questions and concerns are still overlooked.
