Feeling cheated

I registered for project management, everything went brilliant until after the first study pack..

I wanted to be referred where I can get guidance on the module I am struggling on, months passed where I kept emailing and did not get any feedback what so ever.

Eventually I got a phone call suggesting I should drop Project management and try something else (the man said they were struggling to provide assistance / guidance on project management), they emailed me this too stating that the difference would be paid out to me.

I did change my course to general management but did not hear anything back from them, no money were paid out to me and I did not receive any new study material.

I am at this moment not willing to continue with college sa because they are ignoring my almost daily emails.

I paid a lot of money for the project management course and for months now are not getting any service and feedback out of college SA..

Just got word today, even after recommending me to stop my project management course and admitting to having nobody to aid me (after months of not getting word from them) they want to bill me for all the months that COLLEGE SA WERE NOT AVAILABLE where COLLEGE SA DRAGGED THIERE FEET.
The consultant even had the audacity to tell me I will not get any money back only study credit… (for what that’s worth with College SA… Where I told him I am not at all interested in any studies through College SA.
The problem is I planned and were available to do the studies in the original set time now thanks to College SA I am far behind due to their unavailability and are currently not compatible with such an undertaking due to current working conditions.
In short be very careful of College SA they are in it for the money regardless of agreed services not offered…

Still no success. I am going to take my case to the South African Qualifications Authority. **********
