Fed up with their incompetancy!!!! Please just stop

<p>I have cancelled my studies through College SA in September 2016. I should have been informed at least by end October 2016 whether my application to cancel my studies was approved or not. I have spoken to Adrean more times than I can count but always received the same damn excuse. However she finally informed me in December 2016 that the application is approved for cancellation and that my billing will be restructured showing that I do not owe College SA any outstanding fees. After receiving the letter I am still threatened telephonically that my account will be handed over to their attorneys, I phoned College SA again today about the threat and I was told to just simply ignore it. But whether I ignore it or not, the threats continues and someone always have a bunch of freakin' excuses. WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR COLLEGE SA TO UNDERSTAND THAT I DO NOT WANT SMS's or anything from them!!!! Just do as you promised to restructure my account and stop tormenting me. If anyone is reading this to know whether they should choose this college, please do yourself the favour and look elsewhere. I cancelled my studies because every single time I needed a lecturur to help me, they never know what Im talking about and never understands me. I paid a hell of a lot of money for just plain incompetancy.... This is by far the worst college to study through.</p>
