Dont use College SA

College SA gave me a R2000 no deposit, however they took a full month to send me material, meaning that you actually paid for nothing. I later wanted to cancel my course, they don't read you the cancellation policies or even state them in their documents that you sign when signing on. They sent me a first cancellation document which stated that their policies are 30-day guarantee, death of student, downscaling(unemployed or retrenched, must submit proof), health and studying elsewhere. On the original signature documents the only line they have is \Cancellations are dealt with as per the cancellation and refund form(s) and policies". I submitted that cancellation document as they refused to cancel my course and they sent me a different cancellation document an hour after I had sent the original one with wording \""No other reasons for cancellation will be considered.\"". I was then treated badly and they refused to cancel my course. They just want your money and will refuse to cancel your course even if you want to do something different or your circumstances don't allow you to continue. No one should ever register with them as they are full of tricks. """
