Don't do this to yourself!!!

Dear All - If I could rate 0, I will Think before you sign up with Optimi College!!! I am 43 year old and start study with them. April 2024. Shannon Stroebel help me. I asked allot of questions 1. Can I do it on my own time and can I complete faster then the time line. The answer was YES! Not the case! always a problem when I asked today to send my 3 subject there was the answer was you account debt order must go of first! This is a different story when you sign up. Today Nicole told me my 3 subject will be dispatch only after my debit order went off putting my studies a week behind my schedule. 2. I asked if the deposit will go off from my bank or if I must pay for it and Shannon Stroebel said, I must pay and then the monthly debt order will go off. They took the deposit double and when you have to wait a week form the money to be paid back into your account. Like it is you fault. Then on an email I asked Nomah to do the payment EFT so that this will not happen again and Like life want it. I did pay, and they took the eft again so again we need to do wait a week for the refund. 3. I don't asked a lot of help. I did ask a Question once. There was a problem om the Assignment with the numbers. So I asked, What number to I need to use on the assignment. With the email Werner only response was: "I know there is a mistake on the assignment". Make me feel like I don't have a right to study with Optimi College and there after I never asked any questions. Still I dont know what number to be used 4. There was a question asked on the group. on the portal and the lector, just answer , you need to be added to a group.

Please note : I study form 8 to 11 every night .I work form 7 to 5, have 4 kids, so if i send a email. I just want my email answered. so that tonight I can focus only on what I studies. Ready my emails and complete my studies. Do you think paying R16 000 for you studies, I need this in my life extra! Please note - Optimi College - Pm 1145.30 then you need to pay for your exams with ICB that is R850 for a subject. Will you be happy with this!!!! TO WORK FULL TIME AND STUDY OPTIMI COLLEGE IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.
