Do not communicate and havent provided service

From the start I was badgered with emails and phone calls to sign up (I still get spam emails to sign up even though I am signed up with the college)<br> After i signed up I received no information, I called multiple times to find out when I will get my study material, it finally came 2 weeks later. They were un-communicative and un-supportive.
